receptionist was dumb, the manager an idiot, wifi slower than dialup, worst food in restaurant - both paid dinner and complimentary breakfast, no parking facility, old hallways smell terrible, overall stay was below average, there is no courtesy from the management not even a welcome water bottle was given

The hotel rooms were good, spacious and clean, however, the staff was not polite. Meals were also not that tasteful. We received Upma for breakfast which was not good. Least we could expect was not upma.

Dass Suites is nice and quite place to stay near Embassy golf links. The EGL campus is just 2 minutes walking from the place which is super comfortable. I had book 4 rooms here for my guests for 2 days and our experience was really good. Rooms are quite big and clean. The staff is very courteous and ready to help all the time. Breakfast is good as well. I would recommend this place to anyone for stay.

The Pros: 1. Rooms are neat and clean 2. Washed towels are provided on daily basis 3. Rooms are spacious 4.Location is fantastic. Even KIAS-7A (Dell bus stop) is about 1.5 KM away. Food court is nearby 5. Power backup 6. Most importantly the cost. Given the above, the cost is fantastic 7. Staffs are friendly and helpful The CONS: 1. The road has too many potholes and creates problem if you want to walk to the main road 2. Choice of breakfast islimited but ok-ish 3. Comodes are ok, but does have bit of stains. But is perfectly usable

I was on an official trip to bangalore and i stayed in this hotel for 11 months in total. Barring few cases, the overall stay in hotel was really good. The owner/ manager of hotel Mr. Lokesh was really helpful. He not only changed the room's TV but also purchased new washing machine for us on request. Although, sometimes he was rigid with respect to per day rent keeping in mind that we booked around 7-8 rooms for a period of around one year but he made us feel at home. Along with us there were another family who has a small kid like us with them. And he allowed us to prepare food on an indication plate. Therefore, i rate this hotel cum guest house good.
